The Docent Design Expansion Forming Machine shown below functions as a fully programmable CNC Forming machine which will form tube blanks into bellows. Form Tooling is fabricated per the customers requirements to give the end product or bellows. The machine can form a functional part speedily, and with repeatable process due to the CNC program storage capability.
